Have you ever watched Japanese anime and saw guys getting a nosebleed (like the pic on the left), when they saw a beautiful girl? I did a little research and this explains the prominent phenomenon best:"In Japanese anime and manga, the nosebleed is a visual shorthand/euphemism for sexual arousal, specifically an erection in males [...]. When blood shoots from the nose explosively, and in ridiculous quantity, the implication is an actual ejaculation." [source]
Now you wonder why I am telling you that. Well, I [and most likely you] always thought that this can only happen in animation. We were all wrong! Check the pics below, taken at a computer fair in China.
