On top of everything, I even got a cold sore!

Things just keep getting worse! A while ago, I was joking about how everything is a bummer. Well, at that time I had no clue what will await me in a couple of days. Not only did I get sick with symptoms of nausea, dizziness, headache, sweating and possibly high temperature. Today my head feels like it's gonna burst! Well, apparently it burst a little on my upper lip, on top of everything I got a cold sore. Yuk! And today I sleep even more often through the whole day. While yesterday I slept about 3 hours, then woke up, was a few hours awake and then I had to rest again. I took some pills, drank tea and my headache seemed to ease up a little. Well, today it's worse. I have a very bad headache and I have to sleep longer periods. It's not pleasant. I just hope I hit rock bottom today. This is my personal recession. It's really wearing me out. Why this happened, I don't know for sure, but as I mentioned in previous posts, so many changes happened in only few months, be it my grandpa's death or my recent break up or the whole spring lasting severe hayfever. And the weather was really unsettled lately. That took it's toll on me. I just hope that from here on it can only go up.
